Good afternoon First Grade Families,
Looking forward to starting the week! We have lots of exciting and interesting learning happening in Reading, Writing, Art and Science!
I wish you all could be 'bugs on the wall' :)
REMINDERS:
Wednesday, May 11: PJ Day (and ice cream)! We have earned another whole class incentive. Our goal was learning to move through the classroom calmly and quietly. This took some practice and time, but now they can do it! ** If possible, please put fresh/clean PJs on your child before heading to school. We are trying to be mindful of the current lice predicament, but still enjoy an earned reward! We will also be walking to the Diner for an ice cream cone after our game day fun! If you are a volunteer for game day, you are welcome to join us for the walk to the ice cream store :)
Wednesday, May 25: John Ball Zoo field trip.
Chaperones are: Kemmer, Kragness, Wendt, Mapes and Kupres.
