Good afternoon First Grade Families,
I am planning for another busy, but fun week in 1st Grade! We are now doing some of our 'last time' things...we are going to miss each other! We have come so far ... I am cherishing every day :)
Reminders:
Wednesday, May 25: John Ball Zoo Field trip: 9:00-2:30
- Students will need a sack lunch for this field trip. You may order a lunch at no charge from school; or bring one from home. Please let me know by this Wednesday what your child will be doing. School lunch will be a turkey sandwich picnic/combo and includes a milk. *All lunches brought from home will need to be packed so everything is completely disposable.
- Chaperones: Please make sure you have completed and turned in the volunteer profile form by this Thursday! You will need to pack your own lunch or order one from school for $5.00. Please let me know either way by Wednesday of this week.
Thursday, June 2: Afternoon Field Day! Information has been shared via school newsletter. If you have any questions please get in touch with me. I believe there were opportunities for parents to volunteer.
It is a fun event :)
