Good Afternoon First Grade Families,
We had another fun week in 1st grade. We filled the 'gumball machine' again and chose a reward for our efforts. *We will be bringing our favorite stuffed animal to school on Tuesday. I look forward to meeting all of these adorable treasures from home!
Also, March is Reading Month activities start this week as well. Hopefully you have received the information that was sent home with your student last week, or have read the newsletter sent from the school office. If you have any questions about the upcoming activities please refer to those handouts or get in touch with me via email.
** Mystery Readers! Please plan to arrive at the school office at least 10 minutes before your scheduled read time. Someone from the office will bring you to our classroom. When you reach our hallway please plan to stop and wait before you reach our open classroom door. I will come out to get you when we are ready for you.
